I believe there is worth in everyone even when they cannot see it within themselves. My work is based on helping people understand where they lost their connection to the self and let the doubts in. Through this process, I assist and provide emotional support to individuals to show them the power they have always had. I encourage people to ask for help and do not feel ashamed for seeking assistance during challenging times.
I am a licensed social worker who received a master’s degree (LMSW) at Hunter College. I am deeply interested in people and their relationships. In my work, I draw on my meditation and yoga practices, as well as therapeutic dance. I have a lifelong passion for spiritual growth and mind-body health, am oriented psychodynamically and cognitive-behaviorally, and plan to continue my psychoanalytic training in the near future.
