This group will seek to support female-identifying adults healing from relationship ruptures in romantic or intimate partner relationships. If you have experienced betrayal, infidelity, abandonment, or neglect from a partner in adulthood, this group may be for you.
Facilitated by Atara Vogelstein, LCAT, and Anna Velychko, LMSW, SEP, this group will incorporate somatic, embodied, and expressive techniques focused on restoring the nervous system, encouraging new forms of expression, and rebuilding avenues for healthy attachment.
This group will meet in Central Park this spring, and draw on the environment for support from mother earth.
Group will meet for 6-weeks. Cost: $600.
